Established and administered by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bareilly, a Charitable Society (Registered Society) registered in Bareilly on 13.4.1989 under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

It is a primary school, not under any Govt. Authority, and a separate entity on it's own.
